It is a well known fact, health is wealth. We cannot talk about finance without touching on the subject of health.

You must stay healthy to enjoy the wealth you shall get, to enjoy the fruits of your labour

So, I restarted my exercises today. I have accumulated a lot of baby fat. It’s time to get rid of some. As we speak, I am writing from the field where I exercised this morning


Where are you on your health journey today? Health is paramount. You must be deliberate about taking care of it DAILY.

Why your health is related to your wealth

  2. Future savings or investment almost impossible

When you’re healthy and alive, it’s more than being rich. If you’re wealthy and you fall sick every now and then, you end up spending the money.

Listen Friend, your health is your most precious wealth. When you don’t have a good health, your material wealth is as good as useless. This is because you can’t enjoy the wealth.

Learn to exercise, eat healthy and rest so you won’t be laid to rest too soon. The moment you breath your last breathe, your most important and most valued wealth, which is your life is lost.

Gone for good.

If you kick the bucket, your material wealth may remain but valueless to YOU.

You don’t have to register in a gym, especially if you’re low on budget. A road work every other day in your neighborhood will suffice. This is what I do. If you live in an active city, you will definitely see peers who will be out and about for road walks in the Morning. That’ll be an added advantage
